Plug returned (Feb 2010) to have as many of the stronger grafts removed and thin the area out further that were left from the first reversal. All went well the second time round, Dr. Bisanga also used PRP in the area to test healing possibilities. Pictures to follow..........

Plug here, Here are some images 6 months post op. Nothing is perfect and I think its important that repair patients, especially reversal guys should realise that you are never going to get back to a smooth scalp. There will always be some scarring visible. However having said that, the fueing out did help a lot, I believe, and the breaking up of the awful plugs was a major improvement. I am far more comfortable with my scalp on view now than I was when I started this repair journey back in July 2008. As I have said before, the scarring is a lot less noticable in real life than in the photos.

I could consider doing some laser work to smooth out but to tell you truth I am at a point now where I am just not that bothered any more, can't afford it anyway!!. I'm not one for over the top drama, But I have to say, I have waited 30 plus years to get somewhere where I feel comfortable, confident and secure about my self image. Dr B and his staff have given me that, and I can't thank them enough for that. And yes it has made a diff to my personal life too. Steve, Phil and Chris Special thanks to you diamond geezers, sorry its taken so long to post.
