Hair Line Design by Doctor Chris Bisanga

Hair line design is very subjective, natural in accordance with nature and facial bone structure or more "designer", made almost to a template with one design suits all theory. The hair line is probably the most important aspect of the hair transplant, it frames our face and is the area probably most obvious to us and people that look at us. Obviously people, doctors are going to have their own opinion on what is better, that is human nature, same with a HT patient will have their own idea what they are looking for. Some people will choose their doctor solely on his hair line design because it matches what he wants.

First it must be understood that the face is not the same on either side, they are not mirror images of each other, so it probably does not make sense to make the hair line design a mirror image as it will not reflect the contours of the person's head, changes in direction of the surrounding hair and angles of any native hair. It also has to be understand that hair line placement, density and thickness can vary from ethnic origin and genetic background. It is not a good idea to follow a "trend" in hair line but better to mimic nature and your pre existing make up. Temple points closure is also becoming more common, but not people had this in the first placed and to create a hair line that was never there to begin with can make a dramatic change to the facial features, and not always in a good way.

We all have our own idea what is "perfect", Dr. Bisanga designs in such a way he believes gives when grown out a natural looking hair line, relatively soft, not generally a thick wall of hair and one that blends to the person's natural bone structure. This may not be what some people are looking for, maybe they wish to have a very straight line with no contour to it; and if that is so choose another doctor otherwise the chance is you will be disappointed with the result, regardless how natural it looks and how good the growth is.

All these are different, but none are directly the same on either sides, some more than others, as the bone structure and hair placement has to reflect your natural aspects and not just "one design suits all"
